Job Description

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement, vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and supplier coordination across Pharma, FMCG, Organic Products, Agriculture, and Farm Products.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
Source products, raw materials, and agricultural commodities.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely product availability.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, quality, and logistics teams.
Verify product quality and relevant documentation.
Maintain vendor relationships and identify cost-saving prospects.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.




2–5 years of experience in purchase, procurement, or sourcing.
Experience in Pharma, FMCG, Food Products, Organic Products, Agriculture, or related industries.
Valuable negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, inventory management, and purchase documentation.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in organic products, agricultural commodities, food ingredients, FMCG, or pharmaceutical procurement.
