We are looking for a responsible and computer-proficient Operations & MIS Executive to support the day-to-day operations of an LPG gas agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily sales, stock, and transaction records.
Work with Microsoft Excel and other computer-based business tools.
Track cylinder inventory, receipts, issues, and closing stock.
Maintain records of cash, online payments, bank deposits, and expenses.
Perform daily reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain accurate digital records and documentation.
Coordinate with agency staff regarding daily operational activities.
Learn and operate the agency's existing software and digital systems.
Requirements:
Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Basic understanding of accounting and reconciliation.
Comfortable using computers, email, and browser-based software.
Ability to understand and analyze business data.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to learn new software and processes.
B.Com, BBA, BCA, or similar qualification preferred.
Previous experience in accounts, MIS, inventory, billing, distribution, or operations is preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred. Candidates with solid practical skills may also be considered.
Salary: 15000-20000/month
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
