Key Responsibilities
Prepare landscape concepts, master plans, site layouts, planting plans, and detailed landscape drawings.
Design hardscape elements, pathways, lawns, courtyards, seating areas, and outdoor recreational spaces.
Select suitable plant species, materials, and landscaping solutions based on site conditions and project requirements.
Prepare technical drawings, design presentations, material specifications, BOQs, and quantity estimates.
Coordinate with architecture, civil, structural, and MEP teams for integrated design development.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and sustainable landscaping practices.
Review site conditions, resolve design-related issues, and provide technical support during project execution.
Ensure timely submission of drawings and deliverables while maintaining design quality.

Qualifications & Experience




Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or an equivalent relevant qualification.
Relevant experience in landscape design, planning, and detailing, preferably in an architectural or consultancy firm.

Technical Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, or other relevant design software.
Knowledge of planting design, hardscape detailing, irrigation, grading, and landscape BOQ preparation.

Solid coordination and communication abilities.
Attention to detail, teamwork, and time management.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
