Job Profile: A Quality Assurance Officer is a skilled who is Responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve an organisations final product in order to meet established quality standards.

Role & responsibilities
Documenting and reporting product or service quality levels
Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
Performing routine inspections and quality tests
Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues
Create training materials and operating manuals
Developing and implementing standards for inspection
Review & Approve of Master Formula record, Batch Mfg. records for Mfg.
Review & Approve of all RM ,PM , inprocess spec & finished product spec.
To identify the Quality Improvement programs and ensure the compliance on regular basis.
Experience with GMP and GDP Operational Quality Systems for Commercial Drug Substance
Prepare VQ documents
To investigate the customer complains




To review and approve all deviations or non conformance related to quality system & procedures & change control.
Self infection program across the company.
Compliance of validation programs as per schedule.
Surprise over all activities of quality Assurance & Quality control Department.
Complete and review reports, cases, and tests, communicating results clearly to the relevant internal and external parties
Perform other duties as assigned.

The ability to closely follow quality standards
A keen eye for detail
Outstanding verbal and written Communication skills
Database management
Excellent problem-solving and Decision-making skills
Hands on experience with Batch Record review
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
