Cyond (cyond.com) is a quick-growing startup offering professional water leak diagnosis services, with trained engineers who visit customer sites. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to grow our brand and generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, run and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns
Own lead generation: build funnels, landing pages and campaigns that bring in qualified bookings
Drive SEO: keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, link building and local SEO (Google Business Profile)
Execute D2C marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers directly
Track and report performance (CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions) using Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards
Manage budgets and continuously test creatives, audiences and copy to improve results
Coordinate with the content team and outside agencies on campaigns and creatives
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Solid SEO knowledge with a record of improving organic traffic and rankings
Experience in lead generation and D2C marketing
Prior experience in startups with a clear track record of productivity and measurable results
Comfortable with Google Analytics, Search Console and Meta Business Suite
Data-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently

Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
