Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, pricing, quality, and other relevant details.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is neat and organized.
Support daily retail operations and achieve sales targets.
Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth showroom operations.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or showroom operations.
Must be based in Gurugram.
Experience in a jewellery showroom or fashion retail brand will be preferred.
Must be presentable, polite, and customer-focused.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customers professionally and work in a team.
