We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented person to handle billing and routine accounting work at our BUILDING,WATER PROOFING AND ENGINEERING SUPPLY STORE.

This is a fixed-responsibility role.The selected candidate will have clearly defined billing and accounts duties and must complete them accurately and on time.

Job Responsibilities
Billing & Sales
Prepare customer invoices accurately using billing software.
Verify item names, quantities, rates, discounts and GST before billing.
Handle sales entries, credit bills and customer account details.
Maintain proper billing records and coordinate with the sales team.
Accounts & GST Support
Enter purchase invoices, expenses and routine accounting transactions.
Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
Assist with bank reconciliation and payment entries.
Prepare and maintain records required for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filing.
Identify billing or accounting discrepancies and report them promptly.
Maintain daily records of cash, UPI and bank transactions.

Candidate Requirements




Freshers are welcome; 1–2 years of relevant experience is acceptable.
Basic knowledge of computers, Excel and accounting principles.
Must understand basic GST concepts and be willing to learn practical GST procedures.
Accuracy, punctuality, honesty and responsibility are essential.
Must be comfortable working in a retail hardware and paint business.

Key
This is a full time in Trichy.
Billing and accounting duties are clearly defined;
Candidates must be willing to learn, follow procedures and take ownership of assigned work.
Practical ability and attention to detail matter more than certificates or years of experience.
