Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, acquire customers, promote company products or services, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and field visits.
- Contact prospective customers and promote company products or services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business objectives.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Pharma, B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, MBA, or another relevant field.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience in sales or business development may apply.
- Candidates with a pharmaceutical or life sciences background are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to build customer relationships and work collaboratively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
