Job Summary: Binge Consulting is looking for an experienced Restaurant Captain to manage daily service operations, lead the service team, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise service staff and manage daily restaurant operations.
Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer complaints.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
Manage table setup, order accuracy, and billing.
Drive upselling and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in restaurant or hotel service.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of food and beverage service.
Skilled grooming and a customer-focused attitude.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
