Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute civil construction work as per approved drawings and specifications.
Manage foundation work, concreting, excavation, reinforcement, shuttering, and structural work.
Read and interpret civil drawings, layouts, and structural designs.
Monitor daily site activities, labour, contractors, and material requirements.
Ensure quality standards, safety procedures, and project timelines are followed.
Coordinate with project managers, surveyors, contractors, and other departments.
Prepare daily progress reports, site measurements, and material consumption reports.
Check BOQ, quantity estimation, and billing measurements.
Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Maintain site records, inspection reports,



and construction documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
4–5 years of relevant site execution experience.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and civil drawings.
Understanding of RCC, foundation, structural, and finishing works.
Knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ, and site billing.
Valuable coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of site safety and quality control procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
