Responsibilities:
Ensure bus cleanliness and readiness before departure.
Verify passenger tickets, manifests, and seat/berth allocations.
Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and onboard queries.
Maintain qualified behaviour and premium hospitality standards.
Coordinate with drivers and the control room regarding delays, breakdowns, and complaints.
Supervise the cleaner/helper and maintain onboard hygiene.
Ensure protected luggage and parcel handling, where applicable.
Report incidents, passenger complaints, and maintenance issues promptly.
Encourage honest passenger feedback and follow company SOPs.
Wear the prescribed uniform and maintain punctuality and discipline.
Mandatory Requirements:
Mandatory night duty on assigned routes.
Mandatory travel onboard buses between assigned cities.
Must be comfortable with overnight shifts, rotating schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Must maintain punctuality, discipline, and qualified conduct.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
