Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute residential & commercial construction projects from start to completion.
Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and site execution.
Handle client communication and coordination, ensuring timely updates and resolution of concerns.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth execution.
Review drawings, specifications, materials, and site requirements to ensure proper execution.
Identify and resolve technical, site, and execution-related issues to avoid project delays.
Monitor project milestones, manpower, materials, and overall progress while ensuring timely project completion.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Residential Construction is mandatory.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Robust client coordination and project management skills.
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and site execution.
Solid leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
