Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire recent customers, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets through field visits and direct customer interactions.

Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers, retailers, dealers, and business clients.
Conduct field visits to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Promote company products and explain their features and benefits to customers.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to achieve assigned targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain daily visit reports, sales records, and follow-up details.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery, and customer support.

Required Skills




Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid convincing and customer-handling abilities.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
Good networking and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in retail, lifestyle, handicrafts, home décor, or consumer products.
Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence, if required for field visits.
