KloudBoy is a Kerala-grown technology company that has been helping businesses succeed online since 2017 - from high-performance cloud and WordPress hosting to web development and digital growth services for clients. We're a small, vibrant team based at Digital Hub, Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM), Kochi, and we're now expanding our client-facing digital marketing practice. You'd be joining at the ground floor of that growth.

About the Role
The SEO Analyst grows KloudBoy's organic search visibility, traffic and lead generation. The role covers technical, on-page and off-page SEO, backed by data-driven reporting and close work with the content and web teams.

Key Responsibilities
Technical SEO
Run regular site audits covering crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals and mobile usability
Fix or coordinate fixes for broken links, redirects, duplicate content, canonicals and sitemap/robots.txt issues
Implement and validate schema markup

On-Page & Content SEO
Conduct keyword research and map keywords to pages
Optimise meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs and internal linking
Brief the content team on SEO-led blogs and landing pages; review drafts before publishing
Identify content gaps against competitors

Off-Page SEO
Plan and execute ethical link-building (guest posts,



PR mentions, directories, partnerships)
Monitor the backlink profile and disavow toxic links
Manage Google Business Profile and local SEO listings, where applicable

Analytics & Reporting
Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions and leads in GA4 and Google Search Console
Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with insights and next actions
Stay current on Google algorithm updates and AI-search changes, and adjust strategy accordingly

Requirements

Education & Experience
Graduate in any discipline; a degree or certification in Digital Marketing is preferred
1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience, with measurable traffic or ranking results

Skills
Solid grasp of technical, on-page and off-page SEO
Working knowledge of HTML and CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
Analytical mindset; comfortable with data, spreadsheets and reporting
Explicit written English for briefs, reports and content review

Tools
Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager
SEMrush or Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights

Preferred
Google Analytics certification
Experience with B2B, SaaS or IT services websites

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
