Job Summary

We are looking for a polite, active, and customer-oriented Restaurant Service Staff member to provide excellent customer service, take food and beverage orders, serve customers, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating.
Present menus, explain food items, and recommend dishes when required.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and professionally.
Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for the next guests.
Attend to customer requests, feedback, and complaints politely.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and service stations.
Follow restaurant service standards, food safety guidelines, and company policies.
Assist with billing and payments when required.
Support opening and closing duties and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

Eligibility Criteria




Previous experience in restaurant or café service is preferred; freshers may also apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, punctual, disciplined, and customer-friendly.
Ability to work in a team and handle busy service hours.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the roster.
Basic knowledge of restaurant etiquette and hygiene practices.

Working Conditions
Working Hours: As per company policy and assigned shift.
Weekly Off: As per the duty roster and company policy.
Salary: As per experience and company standards.
Reporting To: Restaurant Manager / Supervisor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
