Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales, distribution, market expansion, and team performance across Azamgarh and nearby markets.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Appoint and manage maximum possible distributors, dealers, and stockists in the assigned territory.
Identify and onboard current vendors, retailers, wholesalers, and key outlets.
Expand market coverage and develop current territories.
Drive primary and secondary sales.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
Ensure product availability, stock management, visibility, and merchandising.
Plan and monitor sales routes, beats, and outlet coverage.
Conduct regular market visits and analyze competitor activities.
Lead, train,



and motivate the sales team.
Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
Identify recent business opportunities and increase market share.
