Key responsibilities:
Patient Care: Assess patient needs, record vital signs, perform wound care, and execute clinical procedures.
Medication & Treatment: Administer prescribed medications, manage intravenous (IV) lines, and assist doctors during examinations or bedside rounds.
Ward Administration: Maintain patient charts, handle shift handovers, manage equipment and linen inventories, and ensure the ward workplace is clean and secure.
Discharge & Coordination: Facilitate patient admissions, organize discharge planning, and communicate care updates to families and multidisciplinary teams.
Emergency Response: Monitor patients for signs of clinical deterioration and act quickly during medical emergencies
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
