Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily F&B; operations and staff
Supervise restaurant and service teams
Maintain food quality and service standards
Manage inventory, stock and costs
Handle guest feedback and complaints
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments

Requirements:
3–6 years of F&B; experience, preferably in a hotel/resort
Valuable communication and team-management skills
Robust knowledge of food service operations
