Designation - Unit head chef & Sous Cgef
Compensation: Monthly CTC ₹8.5L – ₹9.5L + 8 points Service Charge (Accommodation not included).

Candidate Requirements
Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English. - Mandatory
Proven expertise in menu planning and development, R&D;, kitchen operations, and customer engagement.
Age between 30 and 40 years.
Presentable, well-groomed, and possessing a pleasant personality.
Demonstrated experience in managing food and beverage operations with a minimum monthly business turnover of INR 50 lakhs.
Prior experience working with craft beer restaurants or brewpubs will be an added advantage.
Reliable employment history with a minimum of 3–4 years of tenure in previous roles at reputed hospitality establishments.
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts - Mandatory
Cuisine preferred – Conti , Italian, IndoFusion or Multi cuisine

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
