Safe Trip Holidays is looking for a Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The candidate should be confident in handling customers, preparing holiday packages, following up on enquiries and converting leads into bookings.
Responsibilities
Handle travel enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and social media
Understand customer requirements, destination, dates and budget
Prepare domestic & international holiday itineraries and quotations
Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers and other suppliers
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into bookings
Manage booking confirmations, payments and travel documents
Maintain customer and enquiry records
Provide pre-travel and post-booking support
Build good relationships with clients and encourage repeat business/referrals
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in travel/holiday sales preferred
Valuable communication skills in English & Tamil
Confident in speaking with customers
Valuable sales and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of flights, hotels, itineraries and holiday packages
Comfortable using WhatsApp,
Excel/Google Sheets and email
Ability to coordinate with suppliers and clients
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Sales-oriented and target-focused
Preferred
Experience with:
International holiday packages
Domestic tours
DMC/supplier coordination
Flight and hotel bookings
Travel portals / B2B travel platforms
