Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily café operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise, train, and manage staff performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Manage inventory, stock control, and daily sales reports.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational policies.
Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving business targets.
Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in Domino’s, McDonald’s, Subway, or similar QSR brands will be preferred.
Required Skills: Leadership, communication, team management, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
