About the Company

Study Palace Hub is an established education consultancy specialising in international education and student-focused services. We are seeking a detail-orientated accountant to manage accounting operations, payment coordination, and financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting, bookkeeping, and financial transactions.
Maintain customer, vendor, and general ledgers using Tally ERP 9/TallyPrime.
Handle B2B transactions, invoicing, billing, and account reconciliation.
Manage GST calculations, reconciliation, and return filing.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding payments and outstanding dues.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment collection and coordinate vendor payments.
Track pending payments, maintain payment records, and ensure timely settlements.
Prepare financial statements, expense reports,



and monthly MIS reports.
Assist with TDS, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.

Required Qualifications & Skills
B.Com or a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, ledger management, and B2B accounting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
Excellent coordination, communication, and payment follow-up skills.
Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and time management.
Ability to maintain financial confidentiality and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate: A proactive qualified with hands-on accounting experience, robust payment coordination skills, and the ability to manage financial operations efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
