Roles and Responsibilities
Sourcing CV's from various channels like own database, Job Portals, Social media.
Screening Candidates, Tracking & Follow-up, Maintaining Database.
Line up interviews, Arrange Campus Drive, Evaluating the candidate's skills.
Domestic and International hiring.
Promote Company Profiles, Bulk Hiring & Referral Program.
Candidates joining - 5 to 7 Per Month, Full fill the openings.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.
Talkative, Enthusiastic, and Creative.
Fluent English Communication, Convincing Skills required.
Should be a self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
Experienced in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition will be preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
