Job Description: Business Development Manager (BDM)

About Us: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and ambitious Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team in Thane West. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our company's expansion, identifying recent business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and pitch recent business prospects, clients, and strategic partnerships.
Develop and execute a robust growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and leadership) to design customized proposals and ensure seamless service delivery.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales and revenue targets.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Proven track record (2+ years) in business development, sales, or B2B client acquisition.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong commercial awareness and target-driven mindset.
Ability to commute conveniently to Thane West.
