Designation: Production Process Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Production Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, improve productivity, reduce rejection and ensure smooth production operations in our agricultural machinery and sheet-metal fabrication manufacturing facility.

Qualification:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline.

Experience:
2 years of experience in production engineering, manufacturing processes or process improvement.
Experience in sheet-metal fabrication, welding and machining is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
Develop, implement and improve manufacturing processes and work instructions.
Analyze production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Improve productivity, reduce rejection, rework and material wastage.
Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Purchase departments.




Prepare and maintain process sheets, SOPs, routing sheets and production reports.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, tools and materials.
Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
Monitor cycle time, downtime, rejection and overall production efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
Understanding of sheet-metal fabrication, welding, machining and assembly.
Positive problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of Excel, ERP systems and production documentation.
Solid coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
