We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Assistant to manage complaint-related calls, queries, and communications. The ideal candidate will have language fluency in English & Malayalam and experience in customer support or a call center workplace, handling both inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails and chat inquiries.
Key Responsibilities: Answer and resolve complaint-related calls and inquiries Process service requests and provide status updates to clients Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency Respond to customer queries via email and chat Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactionsQualifications:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preference will be given to Keralites who are willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
Good proficiency in English & Malayalam
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
Positive customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate support.
Valuable email/mail handling and communication skills.
Ability to respond to customer emails and coordinate with internal departments when required.
