Job Description

Ecavo Agro Daily Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for our FMCG business. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring suitable candidates for sales, marketing, operations, and other business functions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various FMCG positions.
Hire candidates for sales roles, including Sales Executives, Area Sales Managers, and other field sales positions.
Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
Coordinate salary negotiations and offer rollouts.




Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Build a talent pipeline to meet current and future manpower requirements.
Ensure timely vacancy closures and maintain recruitment documentation.

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in recruitment, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
Ability to recruit for sales and non-sales positions.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
