Core Responsibilities
Drink Preparation: Mix classic and custom cocktails, pour beer and wine, and prepare garnishes accurately using proper recipes.
Customer Service: Greet guests, take orders, make menu or drink recommendations, and create a welcoming setting.
Legal Compliance: Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age and monitor guest consumption to prevent intoxication.
Cash and Payment Handling: Operate cash registers, process credit card payments, manage open tabs, and balance receipts.
Bar Maintenance: Clean glasses, wipe down counters, wash utensils, and maintain a sanitary workspace.
Inventory Management: Restock liquor, beer, ice, glassware, and garnishes, and report low supplies to management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
