We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to make outbound calls, handle incoming calls, explain company products or services, follow up with prospective customers, and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle incoming enquiries.
Explain the company's products, services, offers, and business details clearly.
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Maintain customer databases,
call records, and daily activity reports.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
Follow up with existing customers when required.
Required Skills
Valuable verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Tamil and English; other languages are an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Positive listening, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle calls confidently and work toward targets.
