Candidate Profile
Engineering Degree or Diploma holder, preferably in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
Positive understanding and ability to read and interpret fabrication and engineering drawings.
Solid shop-floor production and fabrication skills.
Candidates with prior experience in aluminium window and door fabrication companies will be preferred.
Should have practical knowledge of fabrication processes, production planning, quality control and managing shop-floor activities.
Should be capable of supervising and coordinating production teams and ensuring timely completion of jobs.
Practical, hands-on person with valuable discipline and problem-solving ability.
Experience
Relevant experience in aluminium fabrication, particularly windows, doors and façade-related fabrication, will be an advantage.
