Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented and enthusiastic Service Executive to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements.
Present menus, explain food and beverage items, and take orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and complaints politely.
Coordinate with the kitchen and billing team to ensure smooth service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
Follow hotel service standards and food safety guidelines.
Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting.




Support billing and payment collection when required.
Coordinate with team members to ensure productive restaurant operations.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum qualification: Degree preferred.
Previous experience in hotel or restaurant service is preferred.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Pleasant personality and a positive attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Teamwork, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
