Creative Project Manager – Digital Marketing

We are looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager –
Digital with a solid understanding of digital advertising, creative production, promotional campaign creation, and design
workflows.
Experience: 7–10 Years
Salary - 10 LPA - 20 LPA
*Primary Skill: Project Management

Domain: Digital Marketing / Creative Agency / Production

Tools: Workfront and digital project management tools

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end digital and creative projects, ensuring
timely delivery.
Plan and allocate creative resources based on project
priorities and team capacity.
Oversee advertising creatives, promotional campaigns, and
digital design deliverables.
Coordinate with creative directors, designers, digital
teams, and stakeholders.
Monitor workloads, utilization, project timelines, and
production bottlenecks.
Ensure brand consistency, quality control, and effective
creative workflows.
Prepare project status reports, performance evaluations,




and management insights.
Optimize Workfront workflows to improve team productivity
and project execution.

What We’re Looking For:
7–10 years of experience managing creative resources and
digital projects.
Strong understanding of creative processes, digital
advertising, and production
workflows.
Expertise in capacity planning, resource allocation, and
multi-project management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and
leadership skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage
changing priorities.
