Job Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records
Handle Tally, GST, TDS, invoicing and billing
Prepare sales and purchase entries
Manage bank reconciliation and payment records
Maintain accounts payable and receivable
Prepare reports and assist in monthly closing
Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams
Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounts
Requirements:
B.Com / M.Com preferred
1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
Positive knowledge of Tally & MS Excel
Knowledge of GST & TDS
Valuable communication and organizational skills
Candidates with HVAC/Trading/Service industry experience will be preferred
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
(Depending on experience and skills)
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹41,736.15 per month
