What You’ll Do
Welcome customers and help them choose the perfect Hampers for different occasions.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, pricing, and gifting options.
Achieve sales through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order delivery.
Who Can Apply?
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Candidates with experience in retail sales, fashion, lifestyle, cosmetics, jewellery, hospitality, or customer service will have an advantage.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Confidence in interacting with customers and recommending products.
Basic computer knowledge.
