Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries related to real estate projects.
Explain property details, project specifications, pricing, location, amenities, and payment plans to customers.
Understand customer requirements, budgets, and property preferences.
Generate new leads and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into sales prospects.
Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain positive customer relationships.
Handle customer questions professionally and provide relevant information about available properties.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain call records, follow-up status, and daily activity reports.

Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales, customer service, or real estate is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
