We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Assistant Project Manager to coordinate site execution, installation activities, material movement, and client communication. The candidate will support project planning, monitor site progress, coordinate installation teams and subcontractors, and ensure timely project completion, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Review work orders, drawings, site requirements, dispatch schedules, and logistics plans.
Visit sites and take measurements of sites and furnishing units.
Mark electrical, plumbing, and gas points as per approved drawings.
Assign work to installation teams and provide transparent work briefings.
Coordinate subcontractors based on site requirements.
Verify factory-dispatched materials against work orders and material checklists.
Monitor site progress and update the respective Zonal Managers regularly.
Maintain client relationships and communicate project progress and timelines.
Maintain site-wise work schedules and execution calendars.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
Coordinate with internal teams, logistics, installation teams, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
Follow up on part payments and final payments from clients.
Ensure timely completion and handover of projects.
Collect client satisfaction reports and encourage Google and Facebook reviews.
Pay: From ₹360,000.00 per year
