WE ARE HIRING – HR INTERN (BPO RECRUITMENT)

Internship Duration: 1 Month

Eligibility Criteria
Must have prior experience working as an HR Intern in a BPO company.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience in profile screening, resume shortlisting, and candidate selection.
Experience using recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, or other job portals.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint (PPT).
Experience scheduling interviews using Zoho Meeting, Google Calendar, or similar scheduling tools.
Familiarity with Zoho Cliq, email communication, and candidate follow-ups.
Ability to coordinate interviews, track candidate status, and maintain recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities
Screen and shortlist suitable candidate profiles based on job requirements.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Send interview invitations, confirmations, and reminders through email and chat.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance, feedback, and selection status.




Manage interview schedules using Zoho Meeting and Google Calendar.
Communicate with the HR team through Zoho Cliq and email.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports using MS Excel.
Prepare recruitment-related documents and reports using MS Word and PowerPoint.
Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth coordination throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of recruitment processes and BPO hiring.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidate profiles.
Attention to detail and effective time management.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.

Duration: 1 Month Internship
