Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Account Reconciliation:
Reconcile bank statements, general ledgers, and other financial records.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial reports.
General Accounting:
Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions.
Post journal entries and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
Assist with accounts payable/receivable processes.
Compliance and Audit:
Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies and procedures.
Support external audits by providing necessary financial documentation and reports.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.
Tax Preparation:
Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns.




Ensure tax filings are timely and accurate.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Analyze financial data to support business decision-making.
Financial Analysis:
Provide financial insights and reports to management.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
