Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media.
Provide expert advice and information on our diamond and jewelry products, guiding customers through the selection process.

Sales and Conversion:
Actively pursue sales opportunities and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into satisfied customers.
Stay informed about industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Product Knowledge:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our diamond and jewelry collections.
Effectively communicate the unique features, quality, and craftsmanship of our products to potential customers.

Online Presence:
Manage and update product listings on our online platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other online channels.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries.





Order Processing:
Facilitate the order process from inquiry to purchase, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Collaborate with the logistics team to track and manage order fulfillment.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in online sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
Solid knowledge of diamonds and jewelry materials.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales tools.
Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in online sales, customer service, or a relevant field is highly desirable.
