We are looking for enthusiastic and technically oriented Diploma candidates for the position of Plant Operator / Production Operator in a CO₂ manufacturing and processing plant. The selected candidates will be responsible for monitoring plant equipment, maintaining process parameters, following safety procedures, and supporting daily production activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor CO₂ manufacturing, purification, compression, liquefaction, and storage systems.
Monitor pressure, temperature, flow, and level parameters.
Conduct routine plant inspections and identify equipment abnormalities or leakages.
Operate pumps, compressors, valves, and cooling systems.
Maintain production records and shift log sheets.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assist in plant start-up, shutdown, and maintenance activities.
Maintain housekeeping and follow 5S practices.
Report unsafe conditions and equipment issues to the Shift In-charge.




Support quality checks and ensure protected plant operations.

Candidates should have a Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related technical discipline. Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge of industrial equipment, good observation and problem-solving skills, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety are preferred. Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts and in a manufacturing plant workplace.

Selected candidates will receive on-the-job training in plant operations, equipment handling, process monitoring, and industrial safety, with opportunities for career growth in Production, Operations, and Plant Maintenance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
