We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer who can design attractive, user-friendly and conversion-focused websites and landing pages. The candidate should understand user behaviour and create designs that improve user experience and generate more leads and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Design modern and responsive website pages and landing pages.
Create UI/UX designs for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
Design landing pages focused on lead generation and course sales.
Create wireframes, prototypes and user journey flows.
Improve website navigation, layout and overall user experience.
Work with the marketing and development teams to implement designs.
Review existing website pages and suggest improvements.
Follow current UI/UX trends and maintain brand consistency.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of Figma for website design and prototyping.
Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.




Experience in designing high-converting landing pages.
Knowledge of website layout, typography, colours and visual hierarchy.
Understanding of CTA placement, lead forms and conversion optimisation.
Ability to create clean, contemporary and user-friendly designs.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility
1–3 years of experience in UI/UX or website design.
A portfolio showcasing website and landing page designs is required.

What We Expect

A designer who can create visually appealing designs while keeping user experience and business goals in mind. The candidate should be able to understand project requirements and turn them into effective website designs.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dehradun, Uttarakhand
