About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 1+ year of experience in business development, lead generation, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills, with hands-on experience using Upwork, Guru, PeoplePerHour (PPH), and other freelancing/B2B platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms, social media, email, and other channels.
Manage and respond to leads and client inquiries professionally and promptly.
Must have hands-on experience working on Upwork, Guru, PPH, and similar platforms.
Prepare and submit effective proposals, bids, and quotations based on client requirements.
Conduct client communication, requirement gathering, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up with prospective clients.




Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements and prepare suitable solutions/proposals.
Meet monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
Track leads, proposals, conversions, and client interactions and maintain regular reports.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills
1+ year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles.
Strong experience with Upwork, Guru, PPH, and other B2B/freelancing platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
Good understanding of lead generation, sales processes, and business development.
Ability to convert leads into successful business prospects.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
