Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Company: ICA Edu Skills Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Kothrud, Pune
Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred (Freshers can apply)

Key Responsibilities:
Visit colleges and develop institutional tie-ups.
Organise job fairs, seminars, workshops, and campus activities.
Generate student leads through field marketing and networking.
Build relationships with colleges, companies, and placement officers.
Identify current business opportunities and drive admission growth.
Promote ICA courses and coordinate with the counselling team.
Maintain daily visit reports and business development records.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Business development and lead generation.
Relationship management and event coordination.
Basic MS Excel and reporting skills.
Target-oriented approach and willingness to travel locally.
