Job description
Accounting* : Daily entries of purchase, sales, expenses, bank payments in Tally Prime / ERP. & Bank reconciliation.
handling petty cash
Maintain vendor/customer ledgers, follow up for payments
Maintain bills, vouchers, invoices, GRN and file them properly.
Invoicing & Billing:* Create Sales Invoices, Purchase Bills, Debit/Credit Notes and share with clients
GST & TDS :* Assist in GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS entries, e-invoice and e-way bill generation
