PTS Automation is looking for a field sales engineer to generate leads, visit industrial customers, and sell electrical control panels, VFD/PLC panels, and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Find Clients & Leads: Visit local markets, OEMs, EPC companies, and contractors to generate recent sales enquiries.
Handle Proposals: Gather client requirements, coordinate with internal design teams for quotes, and present proposals.
Close Deals: Follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close orders.
Order & Payment Support: Coordinate order handovers to production and assist with payment follow-ups.
Reporting: Maintain client visit records and updates in CRM.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
Experience: 1–4 years in field sales (preference for control panels, automation, or switchgear).
Skills: Knowledge of PLC/VFD/PCC panels, robust negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
