We are seeking a skilled and motivated ERP Techno-Functional Consultant . The ideal candidate should have a strong communication and understanding of ERP systems, combining both technical and functional expertise. Experience with Sage ERP will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions
Configure, implement, and support ERP modules
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process improvements
Provide techno-functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Conduct user training and prepare documentation
Work closely with development teams for customization and integration
Ensure smooth ERP implementation and post-implementation support
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Sage ERP (added advantage)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in ERP techno-functional roles
Robust knowledge of ERP systems and business processes
Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users
Positive understanding of SQL, reporting tools, or basic programming
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
