We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, vendor payments, customer collections, GST compliance, and factory-related accounting activities in our beverage manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting transactions, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries in accounting software.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments, customer outstanding, and follow-up for collections.
Prepare and verify sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers.
Maintain GST records, reconcile GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B with books of accounts, and coordinate for GST returns.
Perform bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and vendor/customer balance confirmation.
Maintain records of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other inventory-related transactions in coordination with stores and production teams.
Verify purchase orders, goods receipt notes (GRNs), delivery challans, and supporting documents.
Assist in TDS calculations,



deductions, payments, returns, and reconciliation as applicable.
Maintain petty cash, expense records, employee reimbursements, and factory operating expenses.
Assist in monthly closing, preparation of MIS reports, cash-flow statements, and outstanding reports.
Support internal and statutory audits by providing required documents and financial records.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting policies and applicable statutory requirements.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
Working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting/ERP software.
Solid analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate with vendors, customers, stores, production, and other departments.
Good communication and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
