Innospire Business Park is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth and build strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, developing robust client relationships, and expanding the company’s network within the corporate ecosystem.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage high-value clients and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, startups, and business partners
Develop strategies to increase revenue and expand the company’s client base
Lead client meetings, negotiations, and partnership discussions
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation and conversions
Represent Innospire Business Park at business meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings
Track market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
Prepare business proposals,



presentations, and partnership agreements

Required Skills & Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or strategic partnerships
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to generate new business and close high-value deals
Solid strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to lead sales initiatives and manage client relationships
Excellent presentation and networking skills

Pay: ₹10,000.25 - ₹30,000.00 per month
