Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and agile School Principal with a solid background in CBSE curriculum and administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership, academic excellence, staff management, and smooth functioning of the school, ensuring compliance with CBSE norms and fostering a high-quality learning setting.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and vision for the school in alignment with CBSE guidelines
Ensure strict adherence to CBSE regulations, affiliation requirements, and academic standards
Oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, and assessments
Drive student performance, discipline, and holistic development
Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in teaching methodologies
Manage school operations, budgeting, and resource allocation
Maintain effective communication with parents, management, and external stakeholders
Ensure safety, security, and well-being of students and staff
Lead inspections, audits,



and CBSE-related documentation

Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Education or relevant field (B.Ed/M.Ed mandatory)
Minimum 8 years of experience in the education sector
At least 3–5 years of experience as a Principal/Vice Principal in a CBSE-affiliated school (MANDATORY)
Strong understanding of CBSE bylaws, curriculum, and affiliation processes
