Account Executive – GST & Accounts

Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or Any other Finance Management Diploma / Degree.
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
Location: Farukh Nagar, Asalatpur Road, Loni, Ghaziabad (Near Tila Mod)

Job Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting entries, sales, purchases, receipts, payments and expenses.
Robust knowledge of GST, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
Prepare quotations, sales invoices, proforma invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
Maintain customer/vendor ledgers, bank reconciliation and outstanding payments.
Manage billing, stock entries and accounting records for paints, putty and related products.
Prepare reports using Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Coordinate with the CA for GST compliance and audit-related work.




Independently manage day-to-day accounts with minimal supervision.

Required Skills
Robust practical knowledge of GST and accounting.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
CA firm experience & manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.
Should be responsible, detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
